Telecom Sales Agent – Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote telecom products and services.

• Conduct field visits, cold calls, or in-store interactions to generate new sales.

2. Product Knowledge:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of telecom products (SIM cards, internet packages, devices, etc.).

• Explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

3. Sales Execution:

• Sell telecom services such as voice/data plans, SIM cards, and top-up vouchers.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

4. Customer Support & Registration:

• Assist customers with KYC (Know Your Customer) and SIM registration procedures.

• Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer complaints or queries.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Keep accurate records of daily sales, customer feedback, and stock levels.

• Submit reports to supervisors or sales managers as required.

6. Market Intelligence:

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

• Provide feedback to improve products or marketing strategies.

7. Brand Promotion:

• Represent the telecom brand professionally in the market.

• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

8. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other agents, supervisors, and distributors to achieve group sales goals.

• Share best practices and coordinate in solving customer issues.

qualification

  • Communicate in local languages specifically (Pashto)
  • High school graduated 
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office packagea
