duties

  • Provide RGS, Net Add, Sims Registration/Transaction and rejection report.
  • Provide 3 Months Revenue Report, 1st, 2nd & 3rd months revenue per channel per region &per province
  • Provide RGM/RGA report per Merchant/Agent/ ATOMA PAY POS on daily, Weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide ATOMA PAY GA, Churn and Dormancy Report Per channels, per region & province.
  • Monitoring the commission related data and ensure that the data are kept in a proper and confidential manner
  • All ATOMA PAY channels' commissions to be calculated on timely manner after verified commission files by Revenue Assurance and Finance on monthly basis.
  • Cross checking all commission files generated from IT-BI with Finance & Revenue Assurance.
  • Providing ATOMA PAY channels' commission reports on (Monthly & Quarterly) basis and coordinating/ follow up with relevant departments to release commissions on time as per agreed SLA.


qualification

Education:

  • The position holder must possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or other relevant areas.

 

Experience:

  • Holding minimum one-year experience in similar field.

 

Essentials:

  • Good communication skills and strong understanding.
  • Flexible in working with various conditions.
  • Holding Afghan Nationality

 

Abilities

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and also as an effective team member
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Having good communication and negotiation skills
  • Having good decision making skills
