1.    Provide reservoir engineering input to all aspects of reservoir management, optimization, and development

2.    Identify and describe deposits from geoscience seismic studies and analyze data on the reservoir rock (size, properties, qualities, pressure, temperature, etc.) and on the fluids it contains to predict the behavior of the deposit.

3.    Designs and develops plans to optimize oil and gas reservoir production and maximize the recovery from hydrocarbon resources

4.    Must have strong dynamic reservoir simulation experience and uncertainty modelling

5.    Plan, design, and implement the oil and gas production operations.

6.    Use a variety of techniques to analyze the subsurface characteristics of a reservoir, such as seismic data, core samples, and well logs, to develop a reservoir model.

7.    Recommend the acquisition of reservoir engineering data and maintain reservoir engineering databases including real time data links

8.    Determine appropriate well locations, manage production operations, and advise on well completion and stimulation strategies.

9.    Monitor the performance of existing reservoirs and wells, and using advanced software and technology to analyze data and optimize production.

10. Design and manage production plans, analyze reservoir performance, evaluate potential drilling and completion techniques, and optimize production and recovery.

11. Must have Knowledge about the physical and chemical properties of oil and gas, and be able to interpret geological data, and have experience with drilling and production techniques.

12. Train and develop the assigned Local staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives
