- Conduct literature reviews and background research
- Assist in designing and implement Research methodologies, surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides to gather relevant data and insight.
- Collect field data (qualitative/quantitative) under supervision
- Enter, clean, and organize research datasets
- Help analyze data using Excel, SPSS, or qualitative software
- Maintain organized records of research materials
- Assist in preparing summaries of research findings
- Assist in drafting reports, policy briefs, or academic papers
- Help create presentations of research results
Requirements:
- Education: Recent graduate in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Research Skills:
- Basic understanding of research methods
- Data collection and analysis familiarity
- Report writing capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic statistical software knowledge (preferred)
- Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English for research writing
