- Support S&D Service centers
- Providing support for ATOMA store on daily basis as raised in the WhatsApp Group or through email.
- Sharing the issues with the related divisions and following up till resolution.
- Assisting the Sales Academy in MS Team training sessions
- Monitoring applications’ performance
- Daily check the channel related applications performance/ behavior; if observed, report the issue to the related team and follow-up till resolution.
- Educate S&D SIM channels on New products and services
- Preparing the brief and trainings for new product and services, Notifications about new product launches, features, or improvements to be communicated to all channels.
- Maintaining a proper record for the issues with resolution history.
- Maintaining proper record for the service center kitchen expense and classmate licenses.
- Maintaining proper record, the recruitment history, training, and attendance for all service centers based in provinces.
Education:
- 12th Grade (High School Graduate) with three-years of more than experience as front-line agent
Computer Skills
- MS Office Package, Email, Printing, Scanning, Browsing
Required languages:
- Dari, Pashto and English
Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and also as an effective team member
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
