7. Customer Education on ATOMA P&S.
8. Complaint handling via TT.
9. Performing ownership & security Checkup (customer information view in TT & Webcare).
10. SIM Swap with Declaration based on security check.
11. Contract Change.
12. Onboarding new ATOMA Pay customers.
13. Customer education on ATOMA Pay.
14. ATOMA Pay cash in/cash out.
15. Any other KPI relevant to ATOMA Pay
Education:
12th graduate, bachelor's to be preferred
Experience:
1–2 years experience in customer care or sales
Training:
Introductory and intermediate telecoms training
Customer care training
Product knowledge
Teamwork and cooperation,
Customer focus
Negotiating
Microsoft word and Excel
Fluent in both local languages Pashto and Dari; and a good command of English
Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise
Able to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers' data
Able to take initiatives
Good communication skills
Analytical skills
Knowledge of GSM technology and services
Understanding of the Afghan customer
