• Sales & Business Development:
o Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for ATOMA-Pay mobile money services within assigned territories.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
o Recruit, onboard, and train new mobile money agents, ensuring they understand ATOMA-Pay products, services, and operational procedures.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing agents and key stakeholders, providing ongoing support and fostering loyalty.
o Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, identify customer needs, and gather market intelligence.
o Promote ATOMA-Pay services through various channels, including direct engagement, community outreach, and promotional events.
o Educate customers and potential users on the benefits and ease of using ATOMA-Pay mobile money services.
• Reporting & Analysis:
o Accurately record and manage all sales activities and customer interactions in the designated CRM system.
o Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as agent acquisition, transaction volumes, revenue, and market penetration.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Provide insights and recommendations to sales management based on data analysis to optimize sales strategies.
o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reported sales data.
• Operational Support:
o Assist in resolving agent and customer inquiries and issues related to ATOMA-Pay services in a timely and professional manner.
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
o Adhere to ATOMA-Pay policies and procedures, including those related to compliance and security.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is a must.
• Excellent use and hands on experience of SQL.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services, telecommunications, or mobile money sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in agent network management or distribution channel development is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Strong understanding of the Afghan market dynamics and the mobile money landscape.
