MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for relationship management with the Bank’s segmented customers under BCB within the target market and responsible for the day to day functioning within the credits & Islamic financing, from credit lead generation to appraisal and monitoring, accounts management and the procedures/control.
- Ensures that Credit Committee guidelines concerning administrative handling of specific transactions and credit facilities are implemented.
- Preparing and approval of Islamic financing transactions and checking Islamic financing repayments and profit settlements.
- Closely following with Risk Management and Loan Administration units.
- Responsible for growth in business volumes, customer base and customer accounts.
- Ensures through Risk Management the preparation of Islamic financing tickets/approval of limits.
- Ensure quality management of customer expectations.
- Serve both existing and prospective clients regularly.
- Supply relevant details to the Loan Administration on a standard form.
- Being responsible for asset & liability customers’ all banking needs.
- Feeding CSOs and Provincial branches’ credit officers with accurate information & guidance.
- As an RM (Relationship Manager), you are responsible too to manage Liability customers & full fill, their banking need according policy & procedure of Bank.
- Being responsible for asset & liability customers’ all banking needs.
- Answer enquiries concerning loan balances or commercial accounts, penalties and credit standing of customers.
- Getting accurate quarterly report from provincial branches.
- Take action in case the customer does not meet credit terms.
- Prepare reports of loans and accounts, which have outstanding (unpaid) amounts.
- Conduct financial and marketing appraisals of clients businesses.
- Providing efficient, prompt and accurate responses to these customer queries and by suggesting improvements to ongoing customer banking arrangements.
- Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customers’ business and financial services needs through liaising directly with RMs and supervisors.
- Marketing all products lies under BCB, commercial banking and Islamic Banking
- Continuously provide feedback to line Manager of the acceptance of the products in the market and suggested changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
- Ensure KYC reviews are performed in time.
- To review the Money Laundering Report on daily basis and refer the transactions in doubt to the concerned.
- Proactively work with the Service Delivery Units and designated Branch to ensure quality customer services is provided to customers.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, management and other related fields. Master's degree will be preferred.
- Islamic banking knowledge and certificate.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 – 5 years working experience in general banking and credit.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to read, understand and analyze financials statement
- Credit analysis skills.
- Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Understanding of Financial / Banking products and services, Good Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
