Duties & Responsibilities
a) Work on the recovery of all the Charge off loans as assigned by Recovery Manager and Recovery Manager/Arrears recovery Committee.
b) Take a hand over of all Charge off loans as assigned by Business department.
c) Put pressure on the clients on the field to collect the late installments.
d) Use all the means at his disposition to recover the money.
e) Visit very regularly late clients, be very strict with them to make them realize that they should better repay the loan
f) Give clear message to the delinquent client on the fact that OXUS will never give up pressurizing him to make him repay the installments.
g) Put a strong Psychological and Social pressure on the delinquent clients to convince them to repay the loans
h) Use all the contact available in the communities with local leaders to recover the money.
i) Pressurize the client and his family to recover the money.
j) Pressurize the guarantor to recover the money
k) if it seems useful, use the police department, Law department and court of the area to recover the money.
l) Implement the selling of late client’s collateral or assets in link with Legal and recovery Manager.
m) Advise other Financing Expert in term of delinquency management and actions to take against delinquent clients
n) Send weekly collection report to the Recovery Manager.
o) The recovery officer position is the north regional position. He is based in the regions and working on the delinquency of all the branches of the region.
p) The Recovery Officer is working under the supervision of the Recovery Manager.
q) The recovery manager will work in close coordination interaction with Legal and Business department
Diploma in law, Sharia and or Economic preferred.
Age should be 25 and above
Familiarity with Afghanistan legal system.
Work experience in police and or judicial system is preferred
Strong communication skill is required.
Having good linkages and relations with the local governments.
