- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients who are in recovery.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on recovery outcomes to RM/Head of Ops.
- Collaborate with other staff members in the recovery field for collection improvement.
- Promote awareness and understanding of recovery issues in the Branches.
- Scanning financing files.
- Recovery Intern will be the focal point to check PCR with other MFis
- Fresh Graduate of Economics, BBA…
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong arithmetic skills
- Prior experience in using CBS a plus
- Good communication and administrative skills
