Key Responsibilities:
• Help maintain and organize physical and digital records.
• Assist with filing and sorting important bank documents.
• Support the team in scanning, archiving, and retrieving records as needed.
• Ensure records are accurately labeled and stored in the system.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring record statuses.
• Help with managing records for audits and regulatory purposes.
• Learn and follow proper filing and documentation procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the records team.
Education:
- BBA / Marketing / Business Administration / any related field(Male graduates of 2024; female graduates from 2021 onward)
Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and file documents accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and improve record-keeping skills.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate students from BBA / Business Administration / any related field.

The duty station of the intern will be the host entity office (Azizi Bank), and the salary will be paid by IRW office based on agreement.
