§ Welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
§ Record visitor details accurately in the Visitor Management System (VMS).
§ Issue visitor ID cards and ensure all guests comply with company access policies.
§ Escort visitors to their designated areas or departments, as per company procedures.
§ Coordinate with relevant departments to notify them of guest arrivals.
§ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
§ Accurately record receipt and distribution of all company assets.
§ Maintain and update the daily stock log-out records.
§ Verify stock movement (in/out) against supporting documentation.
§ Coordinate with Admin/Stores team to ensure proper documentation and traceability of assets.
§ Report any discrepancies or irregularities in stock movement to the concerned authority.
§ Monitor and record employee attendance during entry and exit from the company premises.
§ Ensure all employees log their attendance through the designated system
§ Report any irregularities or unauthorized access to the HR/Admin department.
§ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of attendance records.
Required Education, Experience& Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, 2024 graduate
Experience & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of asset management or inventory control is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with VMS or similar visitor tracking software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
