- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and appointment scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about Behtar Group’s services (mobile money & ecommerce).
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and packages) and ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with procurement when needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and branch events.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and aligned with company standards.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Education:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
- Management, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or
- administrative support.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in Dari and Pashto; English is an asset

Terms & Conditions
- Contract Type: Fixed-term with possibility of extension based on performance
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday
