- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and manage all incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to walk-in customers
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintain records of visitor and customer information
- Direct visitors and customers to the appropriate departments or shops
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-up tasks as needed
- Records keeping of important cases for follow-up and manage proper documentation
- Minimum: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in Dari and/or Pashto; basic English communication is a plus
- Professional appearance and polite demeanor
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Energetic, confident, and service-oriented personality
Working Hours
- Full-Time: Saturday to Thursday
