- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes when required.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide information to clients and staff regarding company services and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Support other office staff with clerical duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role, requiring sitting for extended periods.
- May require working evenings or weekends depending on company needs.
