- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Keep records of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies and report shortages to the administration department.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and basic English.
Additional Information
- Must be based in Kabul.
- Working hours: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday.
