duties

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s software system
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and files
  • Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Collect and verify insurance and billing information as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entr
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff to coordinate patient care
  • Follow clinic policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must be fluent in DARI , Pashto , English
