- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s software system
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and files
- Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs
- Collect and verify insurance and billing information as needed
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entr
- Communicate effectively with medical staff to coordinate patient care
- Follow clinic policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must be fluent in DARI , Pashto , English
