Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee property listings, showings, negotiations, and closings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Training and Development:
- Train new agents on sales techniques, market knowledge, and company policies.
- Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools.
