- Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
