· Provide Analysis and monitoring Network performance by Checking Key Quality Indicators (KQI's)
· Monitor and demarcating service degradation (Voice and Data) by checking performance of the network nodes
· Knowledge of performance counters of RAN and Core KPI’s to make sure that all necessary counters are activated for daily, weekly, monthly and critical outages.
· Using Big Data analytics to provide trend analysis for KQI/KPI and provide suggestions and solution on performance improvement
· Customer proactive support using signaling call flows and big data analytics to improve Customer experience.
· Investigate and analyze individual User complaints for " CS and PS" services, international link's (link utilization, call performance)
· Mapping between KPI's & KQI's that's related to worst cell/Site/Node analysis to assist relevant team in improving network performance.
· Detect value added cases by analyzing which KPI affect services.
· Reviewing and making guidelines for network performance and people management.
· Managing day-to-day Network KPIs and performed required analysis to improve the service delivery
· Review of various reports (Site outage report, KPI reports, Daily CR report, Pending Outage Reports).
· Checking and reviewing of the KPIs and SLA of the TT’s created by Monitoring team.
· Technical review of the work orders change request which are impacting the NOC monitoring.
· Providing post incident report and Root cause analysis for Major and Critical Incidents and User complaints.
· Expert knowledge of U2020, BSC, RNC, 2G, 3G, LTE/5G technologies and Huawei RAN solutions.
· Empower local RAN team to do complex task and train them daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Proven experience in leading large-scale RAN projects and optimization initiatives.
· Network deployment and implementation to oversee installation and configuration of RAN components and ensure equipment is step according design and standards.
· Capacity Management to assess network traffic and make sure that each interface has enough capacity to handle peak hours traffic.
· Trouble shooting and Problem Resolution to analyze problem, degradation and other RAN KPIs.
· Use available or third parties’ or specialized software tools for network analysis and trouble shooting.
· Technology Upgrades and Updates, Ability to migrate from vendor to Vendor and advance wireless technology.

- Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.
- Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
- Abides by i engineering’s Local Legal and Client Requirements.
- Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.
- Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not
· Minimum 5 years of experience.
· BSc. in /Electrical/IT, Telecom Engineering/Computer Engineering
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Must have strong telecom skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities.
