- Assist radiology staff in preparing patients for diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray and other imaging modalities.
- Support accurate patient positioning to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
- Learn to operate radiology equipment safely under the supervision of certified radiographers.
- Observe and assist in image acquisition, processing, and storage procedures.
- Accurately record and organize patient data and imaging results in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and calibrating radiology equipment.
- Follow radiation protection and safety guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Support preparation of imaging results for review by radiologists and physicians.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient medical information.
- Participate in continuous learning activities to enhance technical knowledge and professional competence in medical imaging.
