Key Responsibilities
1) Assist team in receiving, registering, and categorizing incoming and outgoing documents in accordance with administrative principles.
2) Learn and practice reviewing the accuracy, validity, and conformity of document content with relevant regulations and procedures.
3) Learn and practice principled archiving and maintenance of documents in files, adhering to quality assurance standards.
4) Assist team in preparing lists, slips, and reports related to the status of documents and submitting them to the Quality Assurance Directorate.
5) Learn and practice collaborating with various units to provide requested documents and offering advice on archive access.
6) Assist team in maintaining and adhering to the principles of confidentiality, security, and trustworthiness in the storage of sensitive and classified university documents.
7) Assist team in continuously updating and improving documents and evidence of operations in accordance with the requirements of standards and the needs of the administration.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, 2024 graduate

Skills
- Fluency in local language (Pashto or Dari)
- Familiarity with English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
