- Assist in implementing QA policies (MoHE standards)
- Provide support in collecting and analyzing academic performance metrics (pass rates, graduation data)
- Support faculty in course file documentation reviews
- Help administer student satisfaction surveys
- Compile teaching evaluation reports
- Organize evidence for institutional accreditation
- Help draft self-assessment reports
- Maintain QA documentation systems
- Map academic workflows for quality gaps
- Benchmark against regional university standards
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis under supervision.
- Assist preparing presentations on QA findings
- Assist in training staff on evaluation tools
Requirements:
- Education: Recent graduate in Education, Public Admin, or Social Sciences or any other
Experience: Fresh Graduated with no work experience
Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of MoHE quality benchmarks
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
