1. Government & Licensing Affairs
Ensure timely renewal of business, commercial, and municipal licenses.
Maintain accurate records of all valid licenses, permits, and registration documents.
Follow up with relevant authorities (e.g., AISA, Ministry of Commerce, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce) for documentation.
2. Customs & Import Coordination
Coordinate with customs authorities for clearance of imported goods, machinery, and spare parts.
Prepare and follow up on customs-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and permits.
Ensure timely release and delivery of goods to the company premises.
3. Logistics & Delivery Follow-up
Track and follow up on shipments, machinery, and spare parts until receipt at the company.
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse teams for proper handover.
4. Public Relations & Representation
Represent the company before government offices, ministries, and embassies as authorized.
Maintain a positive relationship with relevant public and private sector entities.
Deliver official correspondence and collect required documents from authorities.
5. Administrative Support
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all transactions and correspondences.
Prepare weekly activity and progress reports for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public relations, customs, or government liaison roles.
Strong understanding of Afghan government procedures and import/export regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Dari and Pashto.
