· Hands on Level 2 Experience of Handling Huawei Core network Products.
· Responsible for integration & technical support for MME, SGSN, SGW, PGW, GGSN, CG, TGW, ePDG etc
· Have experience in emergency and critical problem troubleshooting on the live network.
· Use the quick recovery solution to restore services on the live network in a timely manner.
· Maintain Gb, Gx, Gy, Gi, Gn/Gp, Ga, Gr, s6a, s11, s1-U, S1-MME, etc interfaces utilization and NE’s Backups.
· Be familiar with various mainstream services or features for PS core network, such as Pool, IPV6, CSFB, VOLTE and NB IoT features service awareness and charging etc.
· IT product knowledge such as routing and switching, hosts, and servers.
· Deep understanding of various protocols, SS7, SIP, MAP, CAP, AAA, Diameter etc and PS core KPI’s.
· Carrying out Equipment lifeline test and traffic redundancy tests. Load test.
· hands-on capability to read a trace, troubleshoot & resolve 3GPP call flows.
· Remote assistance and on-site intervention for resolution of Packet Core network problems
· Traffic and subscribers Migration, forecasting in the network, identify and carry out expansions.
· Network Optimization, Capacity Planning, and performance analysis, system tuning and reporting.
· Network Health check, evaluation, and assessment to ensure that Core network performs optimally.
· Perform weekly / daily audits on Performance of PS NEs and implement Changes accordingly.
· PS Core network architecture maintenance & asset management.
· Maintain updated HLD & LLD designs of the entire Core network.
· Following up with L3 support for all Tickets including Return and Repair services of Core active Spares.
· Core products E2E analysis and troubleshooting including call trace.
· Troubleshooting of Core products problematic calls via Wireshark or similar tools for trace analysis.
· CS & Volte optimization Experience
· Troubleshooting of CS, IMS
· Customer Management Experience (Experience leading the projects)
· Strong Core parameter optimization

· Minimum 5 years of experience.
· BSc. in /Electrical/IT, Telecom Engineering/Computer Engineering
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Bachelor degree preferably in Telecommunications, Computer or Electronics Engineering
· Good technical knowledge of Cloud Core Domain(Min 4 years experience)
· Excellent communication, documentation, reporting and problem troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to travel and available to work within a 24/7.
· Excellent Technical presentation & people’s Management skills.
· CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
· Advanced knowledge on SIP, SS7 is must. TCP/IP is a plus.
· Maintenance project delivery, provide technical support on core network
