 
          
- Manage the Provincial sales team and guide them to follow the company’s standards including the sales department.
- Setting sales targets for the Provincial Sales Agencies and making sure the achieved Provincial sales target.
- Fully responsible for achieving the Provincial sales target which was set by the sales manager.
- Evaluation of Provincial Sales Agencies performance with the selected sales target. Identify areas for improvement and implement techniques to increase sales.
- Assist the sales manager in sales team capacity building.
- Train Provincial Sales Agencies to improve customer service and communication skills.
- Prepare a sales report and cross-check with the actual sales plan.
- Trucking the Provincial Sales Agencies Debts from Finance Team.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Visit the relevant Provence market area to assess the Sales Agencies activities.
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor related to this position.
- At least four years of experience as a sales supervisor
- Holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written skills in both national languages (Dari and Pashto)
- Be able to communicate and motivate
- Understand the principles of product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
- Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- At least 4 years of experience as a sales supervisor
- Holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written skills in both national languages (Dari and Pashto)
- Be able to communicate and motivate
- Understand the principles of product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
- Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving.
