- Learn and support the development and implementation of protection strategies and interventions.
- Learn and support and provide protection support to the program and Integrated Protection in their daily implementation process.
- Learn and support the program team in preparing the filling system and make sure all the files are up to date.
- Learn and support the team in preparing an updated service mapping form and keep it updated.
- Assist in Providing Protection training and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns on human rights and protection issues at the office and field level.
- Keep updated records of all protection data in soft and hard.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, case management, and report preparation.
- Support the Protection team and prepare documents when required for Compliance.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Sharia, Political Science, international relations, Human Rights, or a related field.
Experience:
- No Experience Required- Fresh Graduate
Competency:
- Good Communication Skills (English / Pashto and Dari)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet) is an advantage
