- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Build detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and assign logic links, constraints, and activity durations.
- Establish and maintain baseline schedules, ensuring revision control within Primavera.
- Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities into a unified master schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
- Ensure schedules reflect real-time progress, lead times, and resource availability.
- Track physical and percentage progress and perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
- Identify schedule delays, slippages, and resource bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare schedule dashboards, S-curves, histograms, look-ahead plans, and variance reports.
- Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) and generate performance metrics for management.
- Perform delay analysis, forecasting, and “what-if” simulations.
- Update schedules to reflect scope changes and maintain comprehensive change logs.
- Identify high-risk activities and support mitigation strategies through critical path analysis.
- Maintain Primavera files, baselines, narratives, and all scheduling documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PMBOK standards, contract requirements, and organizational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Scheduler.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, power/utility, or industrial projects is strongly preferred.
- Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts is an advantage.
