- Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of assigned project from initiation to completion.
- Supervise Project Coordinators, ensuring accurate reporting from site engineers and timely resolution of technical or operational issues.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with top management, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, technical challenges, and operational obstacles.
- Coordinate with technical, civil, and administrative teams to ensure smooth integration of all project components.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams to enhance performance and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ensure proper documentation of project progress, technical reports, and lessons learned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in managing electrical/solar or infrastructure project, with a proven track record in project delivery.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, protection devices, and electrical installations.
- Excellent knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, especially supervising coordinators and technical teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with top management, stakeholders, and field teams.
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
