- Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks etc. ensuring alignment with the donor requirements
- Lead discussions and coordinate with different functions including training, sales, IT, admin teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Liaise with the selected e-work platform partners and affiliate networks to guarantee best possible support for the program participants
- Track progress across various parameters related to outreach campaigns, enrollment levels, training KPIs, freelancer activity etc. to identify and mitigate roadblocks
- Manage end-to-end reporting pertaining to participant profiles, platform statistics, income trends, success stories highlighting impact
- Foster close collaboration within project teams and external stakeholder groups through proactive communication and relationship management
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or comparable field, preferable
- Over 5 years of experience managing complex development sector projects sponsored by UN, bilateral/multi-lateral organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals and drive results
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving skills and process orientation
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Dari and Pashto; awareness of the Afghan context.
