- Identify and monitor logistics project tenders and RFPs from government, donor, and private sector organizations.
- Prepare and compile technical and financial proposals for logistics and supply chain projects.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers, transport service providers, and international vendors.
- Ensure accurate costing and quotation collection for logistics-related materials, vehicles, and equipment.
- Maintain an updated database of bids, proposals, and project opportunities in coordination with the PMO.
- Represent SGC in pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and client meetings.
- Follow up with contracting agencies and government authorities for updates, clarifications, and contract award processes.
- Coordinate with the line Manager and other departments to align logistic project bids with organizational priorities.
- Prepare periodic progress and opportunity reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics project management, bidding, or proposal preparation.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain systems, and government/donor bidding procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills in English, Pashto, and Dari.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
