duties

  • Identify and track electronic and equipment-related project tenders and RFPs from government, donor, and private organizations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with national and international suppliers for quotations on electronic and digital equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a database of equipment vendors and service providers.
  • Represent SGC and the PMO in project briefings, bid openings, and coordination meetings.
  • Ensure all BoQs, pricing sheets, and technical specifications meet client and project standards.
  • Provide timely progress and opportunity reports to the PMO Manager and management team.
  • Support SGC’s efforts to expand its portfolio in electronic tools, smart systems, and digital infrastructure projects. 

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project development, bidding, or procurement of electronic tools and digital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of government and donor procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with proposal and tender documentation.
  • Fluency in English, Pashto, and Dari.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
