- Oversee backend integration, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor quality, report bugs, and track development progress using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Ensure the app meets security, performance, and design standards.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal review.
- Handle app publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Requirements
- Proven experience managing mobile app development projects from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of Flutter / React Native, APIs, and backend systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in managing outsourced or remote developer teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira, or ClickUp).
- Fluency in English (Hindi or Dari is a plus).
- Must be able to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience working with Indian or international software companies.
- Understanding of secure app development and user privacy compliance.
