- Monitor government portals daily for new contract opportunities (RFQs, RFIs, solicitations)
- Analyze solicitations to assess scope, compliance requirements, and winning criteria
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and profitable margins
- Prepare and submit accurate, compliant, and persuasive bid packages
- Maintain and actively manage a personal pipeline of bidding opportunities
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize both win rates and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to gather documentation and certifications
- Follow up consistently on submitted bids and adapt strategies based on results
- Work independently with high accountability and a strong focus on performance
- Stay up-to-date with changes in government procurement regulations and procedures
Government Bidding Experience – Proven experience with government contracts and procurement processes from opportunity identification to bid submission
Strong English Proficiency – Ability to read complex documents, communicate clearly, and write compelling, professional proposals
Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy – Comfortable navigating procurement portals, managing documentation, and submitting error-free bids
