Government Bidding Experience – Proven experience with government contracts and procurement processes from opportunity identification to bid submission

Strong English Proficiency – Ability to read complex documents, communicate clearly, and write compelling, professional proposals

About the Role

We're looking for driven, resourceful, and experienced Bid Assistants who are passionate about winning U.S. government contracts. This role is ideal for someone who knows the federal procurement process inside-out, thrives on performance-based rewards, and is obsessed with chasing opportunities and closing deals.

You’ll be responsible for identifying contract opportunities, sourcing competitive pricing, preparing high-quality bids, and helping the company win more contracts profitably all while earning commission on every successful deal.
