Product Lead – Sophos & Fortinet

duties

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Sophos and Fortinet products.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within enterprise, government, education, telecom, banking, and SMB sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and product briefs to clients and partners.


Channel & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers and end users
  • Conduct partner onboarding, certification support, and sales enablement sessions.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with vendor requirements and sales targets.


Product & Technical Coordination

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sophos and Fortinet product portfolios, licensing models, features, and updates.
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare solution designs, BoQs, proposals, and customer pitches.
  • Coordinate with vendor representatives for pricing, incentives, deal registrations, and marketing activities.


Market Development

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify cybersecurity trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and customer workshops to promote product visibility.
  • Support marketing activities such as campaigns, digital promotions, and brand awareness strategies.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects, existing customers, and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer escalations in coordination with support teams.

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or
  • related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Product Management in ICT/cybersecurity.
  • Prior experience with Sophos, Fortinet, or other cybersecurity solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.


Skills

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, firewall technologies, endpoint security, and network security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of market trends and customer needs in Afghanistan.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
