duties

Key Responsibilities


·        Assist in scheduling, booking locations, and coordinating shoot logistics.

·        Prepare call sheets, release forms, and other production documents.

·        Support on-set operations (setup, transport, and assisting with gear).


Administrative Tasks

·        Handle petty cash, receipts, and expense tracking.

·        Maintain production files, project archives, and contact lists.

·        Communicate with vendors, talent, and partners as needed.

On-Set Assistance

·        Support the cameraman and director during filming.

·        Manage props, cue sheets, and set organization.

·        Keep track of shot logs and footage records.

qualification

Skills & Qualifications

·        Strong organizational and communication skills.

·        Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

·        Basic knowledge of video production is a plus.

·        Proficient in computer software.


Preferred

·        Previous experience in media, TV, or event production.

Interest in growing into production or creative roles.
