Key Responsibilities


·        Develop story concepts, scripts, and production plans.

·        Direct on-set shoots, guiding performance, camera framing, and tone.

·        Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all content.

Project Management

·        Plan, schedule, and manage all stages of production.

·        Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

·        Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

·        Manage post-production workflow (editing, graphics, review cycles).


Team Leadership

·        Supervise and support a small production team.

·        Ensure clear communication and task delegation before and during shoots.

qualification

Skills & Qualifications

·        Experience in video production, direction, or media project management.

·        Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

·        Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·        Great interpersonal skills for leading small teams and managing clients.


Preferred

·        Background in media, film production, or communications.

·        Basic understanding of sound and lighting principles.

Experience producing content for TV, digital, or social media platforms.
