Handle the complete procurement lifecycle from sourcing to purchasing
Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors and suppliers
Request and collect quotations from vendors via phone and email
Place purchase orders and track deliveries
Prepare and manage invoices, documentation, and compliance paperwork
Resolve issues with vendors, logistics, or product availability
Ensure timely procurement based on project deadlines
Perform multitasking and versatile duties to support operations as needed
Communicate directly with the management team regarding procurement status
Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
Must be highly independent, proactive, and able to work without supervision
Flexible availability (not fixed to standard 9–5 hours)
Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fast learner with problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with remote work and taking full responsibility for tasks
