- Handle the complete procurement lifecycle from sourcing to purchasing
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors and suppliers
- Request and collect quotations from vendors via phone and email
- Place purchase orders and track deliveries
- Prepare and manage invoices, documentation, and compliance paperwork
- Resolve issues with vendors, logistics, or product availability
- Ensure timely procurement based on project deadlines
- Perform multitasking and versatile duties to support operations as needed
- Communicate directly with the management team regarding procurement status
- Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection
