- Review and analyze tender documents.
- Prepare, complete, and submit tender and bid documents in full compliance with tender instructions
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contracting authorities for clarifications and follow-ups
- Maintain a tender tracking system and update management on bid status and results
- able to speak, write, and read English very well, Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes, prepare, complete, and submit tender documents. Coordinate bid submissions.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and bidding.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree. (Procurement of Project management is an advantage)
