- Prepare procurement plans for the timely purchase of equipment, goods, and services within the national market.
- Ensure strict adherence to ZNCC's procurement policies, procedures, and approval matrix.
- Prepare and process all related procurement documentation, including PRFs, RFQs, POs, GRNs, and GDNs.
- Source quotations, evaluate offers, and conduct market analysis to identify the most competitive suppliers.
- Maintain updated and accurate pricing and inventory records.
- Develop and maintain an updated supplier database for regular evaluations.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with local vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular market assessments and stay informed about local supply trends and price fluctuations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate receipt and delivery of procured items.
- Maintain an organized and secure filing system for all procurement documents and reports.
- Provide timely procurement reports and updates to the line manager or management when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager or company management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of the national/local market and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks and meet tight deadlines.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
