- Assist in evaluating patients' physical conditions (range of motion, strength, mobility)
- Implement treatment plans under supervision (exercises, manual therapy, modalities)
- Document patient progress and report to supervising physiotherapist
- Conduct basic therapeutic exercises and stretching routines
- Assist with electrotherapy, heat/cold therapy, and traction
- Support post-operative rehabilitation (fractures, joint replacements)
- Help with neurological rehabilitation (stroke, cerebral palsy)
- Assist pediatric physiotherapy (developmental delays)
- Provide support in musculoskeletal injury management
- Instructing home exercise programs
- Provide posture and ergonomic guidance
- Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Assist in inventory management of rehabilitation supplies
- Education: Recent graduate from a recognized Physiotherapy program (Diploma/Bachelor's)
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Anatomy and kinesiology
- Basic manual therapy techniques
- Understanding of common musculoskeletal conditions
- Capable of assisting patients with mobility
- Stamina for prolonged standing/demonstrations
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with no experience
