- Operate, monitor, and maintain Coalza vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machines and associated equipment.
- Set up packaging machines according to daily production plans and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues on the production line.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with Selina's packaging standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to maintain optimal line performance.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, downtime, and material usage.
- Run and manage the packaging machine to minimize sachet waste.
- Seal all types of seals, including lap seals and fin seals.
- Experience operating Coalza or similar automated packaging machinery.
- Technical diploma or relevant vocational training in mechanical or industrial technology (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with packaging line safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when needed.
