Scope of work:
The Operations Assistant will undertake the following to ensure the success of the project Key.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Support ABADEI operations analyst in day-to-day tasks.
2. Support in providing training to the suppliers on UNDP SOPs in Kabul and regions.
3. Support in contract management and supplier management.
4. Manage and organize digital files and records.
5. Assist in managing the ABADEI asset.
6. Provide assistance to suppliers and regional teams in addressing inquiries and issues.
7. Work collaboratively with team members across ABADEI team in Kabul and regions.
8. Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures

Institutional arrangement: The third-party Operations Assistant will work under the supervision of ABADEI Operations Analyst.
Payment: Monthly bases
Travel Cost and DSA: Salary is inclusive of DSA and Travel Cost
Duration of the assignment: 3 Months
Duty station: Kabul with Travel to other provinces
Experience and Skills:
• At least three years experiences in the area of operations, admin and finance in NGOs and INGOs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as industry-specific software (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
Competencies:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and files.
• Capability to streamline processes for improved efficiency.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluency in local languages, Pashto and Dari is required.
