Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely delivery of operational tasks and commitments.
Track and oversee workflows to maintain smooth and efficient business processes.
Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and maintain operational reports to support management decision-making.
Provide escalation support for critical issues and ensure prompt resolution in line with company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in operations or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for team and cross-department collaboration.
Familiarity with workflow management systems.
Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure operational performance.
