Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Supervise project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Support procurement, logistics, and administrative functions when required.
Prepare regular reports on performance, risks, and improvement areas.
Ensure compliance with internal company standards and U.S. Government requirements.
Collaborate with management to align operations with the company’s strategic objectives.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, management, or customer support.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
High problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business productivity tools.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to quality.
