Operation Manager

duties

  • Plan, direct, and oversee operational activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and translate them into operational plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and areas of improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, returns, and after-sales support.
  • Oversee e-commerce platform integrations, vendor relationships, and online marketplace compliance.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and online performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities across departments (finance, HR, logistics, administration, etc.).
  • Ensure effective inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain optimization.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend strategies for productivity, profitability, and scalability.
  • Lead, train, and mentor operational staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between departments for seamless business operations.
  • Develop performance metrics and generate operational reports for senior management

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
