• Assist in collecting data for daily operations.
• Help prepare and organize operational reports.
• Support in updating and maintaining operational spreadsheets.
• Assist with following up on pending tasks and customer requests.
• Help process and file operational documents.
• Provide support in managing and organizing inventory and forms.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks in the operations department.
• Learn the internal systems and procedures of the operations team.
• Help the salary section with salary-related tasks and assist with site-level payments.
Education:
- BBA / Business Administration / Finance / any related field(Male 2024, and female 2021 and onwards graduated)
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of banking operations and processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Eager to learn and improve operational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Azizi Bank ) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
