duties

Field Operation Assistant will work under the overall guidance of the department Head.

He/she will fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

MSP Acquisition & Outreach:

  • Identify and reach out to potential Customers.
  • Conduct presentations and introductory meetings to promote Software. in the assigned locations.

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers.

Training & Support:

  • Provide one-on-one or group training sessions for customers on how to use the system.
  • Educate Customers about services and features.

Marketing & Visibility:

  • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, banners, stickers, etc.).
  • Support local brand presence through field visits and relationship building.

Reporting:

  • Maintain records of on boarded Customers.
  • Submit weekly performance reports and feedback from the field.

Coordination:

  • Closely coordinate with the other Teams and departments.
  • Participate in periodic virtual check-ins, planning calls, and performance reviews.

Deliverables:

  • Successful and timely delivery of all tasks and assignments provided, in alignment with monthly operational targets.
  • Successful setup and activation of softwares.
  • Submission of proper documentation.

qualification

  • Bachelors in Computer or equivalent subject
  • one year of experience in above mentioned field.
