- Promote and sell products through social media platforms and online channels
- Respond to customer messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and availability
- Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
- Create simple product posts, photos, or videos (if required)
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets
- Previous experience in online selling or customer service is preferred
