· Maintain accurate and comprehensive healthcare records and reports in accordance with clinical documentation standards.
· Administer prescribed medications to patients, closely monitoring for potential side effects and adverse reactions.
· Recommend and manage the use of assistive medical devices and related therapeutic treatments as needed.
· Accurately record patient vital signs and relevant medical information to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
· Request and coordinate appropriate medical diagnostic and clinical tests in collaboration with physicians.
· Monitor, document, and communicate any symptoms or significant changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
· Administer non-intravenous medications safely and in accordance with established medical protocols.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, implement, plan, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
· Modify treatment and care plans based on patients’ clinical responses and evolving health conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.
