E. Financial and Resource Management

• Develop and manage annual budgets for the network and security departments.
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract management for network and security solutions.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining performance and compliance.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring continuous skills development and certification.

F. Compliance and Governance

• Ensure compliance with national ICT regulations, data protection laws, and telecommunication standards.
• Lead internal and external audits related to network and information security.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for network topology, configurations, and security controls.
